Kailey joined the Hope House staff in July of 2017. After serving as the Volunteer Coordinator for several months, Kailey transitioned to a new role as the Personal Self Sufficiency Advocate. Kailey is passionate about creating deep relationships with teen moms as they journey towards self-sufficiency. She finds great joy in helping teen moms understand the unique ways God has gifted them and helping them recognize where God is present in their lives. Kailey comes to Hope House with several years of experience in ministry where she worked with middle school, high school, and college students across the country. Last year, she graduated with her Masters in Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. Outside of work, you will likely find her running or hiking outdoors with her husband Tony, her puppy Ralphie, or cheering on the CU Buffs!
